While every client has a story to tell, our goal is to help the client process their fear, pain, anger, shame and loneliness so that they can live with peace and be more present in their lives. I help clients learn to respond rather than react so that they have more joy and connectedness in every moment, in their work, family life, relationships and quiet time.
I recently moved to Brisbane from Sydney where I was in private practice for over eight years. Prior to that I worked as a member of the Health Psychology Unit team, UTS where I was further trained in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) under one of Australia's most published and reputable clinical psychologists, Dr Sarah Edelman.
Whilst more conventional psychological modalities such as CBT and Solution Focused therapy are effective, I have come to incorporate other techniques including energy work, mindfulness and spiritual growth. My clients have found this wholistic approach to be valuable and healing.
